Service List

We assess your horse’s feet, measure them and take photos before and after the trim if requested.

We apply a natural trim that promotes a healthy white line and a concave sole. If your horse just had his/her shoes removed, we apply a slightly different trim to a normal maintenance trim. Our trim shows significant differences to the traditional ‘pasture trim’ that your farrier would apply.

We provide you with a detailed written assessment report including photos. We email you a recommended future care plan to assure the most beneficial trimming intervals for your horse.

We listen to any concerns you may have regarding your horse’s feet or general well-being and consult on optimizing your horse’s overall performance.

We assist with the  rehabilitation  and care for horses with laminits, navicular syndrome and other hoof related lameness issues and are happy to work together with your veterinarian, nutritionist and bodyworker.

Hoof Trimming

We consult on the correct choice of boot type that will fit your horse and accommodates for the type of riding you wish to pursue.

We measure your horse’s feet and compare the measurement with the appropriate sizing chart for the type of boot you have chosen.

We can bring out a model boot for the Easycare Epic, Edge and Easycare Glove.

We can order the boots for you.

We fit the boots by adjusting the buckles, cables and heel-straps. We consult on the use of gaiters, glue-on foam and pads. We give you tips for making the boot more comfortable during long rides.

We consult on the optimum use of glue-on shells with “Adhere’ and “Sikaflex 227’ for endurance horses and can glue the boots on for you before the ride or at ride base.
